[Bug 621992] [NEW] Form submission fails due to Django's CSRF protection
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: mumble-django In version 2.1, Mumble-Django is not prepared for Django's CSRF protection mechanism which has been introduced in Django 1.2, which leads to form submission (no matter which form, apart from those in Django's admin application) failing because forms don't pass CSRF authentication. This bug has been fixed in upstream version 2.2. Please include a fixed version as this bug renders Mumble-Django effectively unusable in Maverick. [Bug 202776] Re: Mumble crashes when connecting to certain SSL certificate authenticated servers
I've been able to verify that. I've tried running murmur with a caCert.org signed certificate, that had *.funzt-halt.net as CN. With this cert, the clients kept crashing when connecting to funzt-halt.net as hostname. Now I've updated the certificate to have both funzt-halt.net and *.funzt-halt.net as CNs, now everything works fine :) Is there any way to make caCert.org known to mumble, so that it can verify caCert.org signed certs?
