[Bug 1846374] Re: Having a video playing/paused when switched to another user generates gigabytes of error logs
I can confirm this also happens on elementary OS 6 with nvidia-driver-470. I tried to add a limit to /etc/systemd/journald.conf, but it didn't help at all. Finally I managed to limit the log size using this tutorial: https://askubuntu.com/questions/184949/how-do-i-limit-the-size-of-my-syslog I still have problems with hight CPU & SSD usage caused by the logging, but at least it doesn't fill my disk entirely. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1846374 Title: Having a video playing/paused when switched to another user generates gigabytes of error logs To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nvidia-graphics-drivers-340/+bug/1846374/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 1943086] Re: linux-modules-nvidia-470-generic-hwe-20.04 dependency cant be installed
This is terrible. A simple system update left me with a black screen and I've spent several hours trying to find what's wrong. Purging all nvidia-related packages worked as a temporary walkaround. [Bug 1484157] Re: AltGr key acts like "Select All"
I also have this problem on Ubuntu 16.04, 64bit. The strange thing about this bug is that the Right Alt doesn't always select all text: it does with Ctrl+F in LibreOffice and on some web pages in Firefox, but most of the time it works fine... My GUI language is Czech but I can reproduce it with any keyboard. What's even more bothering, the left Alt is broken too: when I'm in the LibreOffice search and press the left Alt, it selects all text and then opens the HUD. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1484157 Title: AltGr key acts like "Select All" To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/unity/+bug/1484157/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
