I have the same problem as well with a DLINK wireless card that uses the rt61 driver. I have temporarily switched to using the windows driver supplied with the card with ndiswrapper. Public bug reported: This may be related to bug 46839 (not sure). Basically, the installer crashed while it was re-creating the partition and creating an XFS file system on it. I manually created using fdisk and mkfs.xfs.
