Currently I don't use suspend for the reason of this issue. I'll try to use it for a while and check if it's gone. At last I reproduced this bug. For me it looks like this: I'm trying to wake up my notebook but screen never gets powered on, so I can't do anything with computer, only press power button for 4 secs.
