 sudo dmidecode -s bios-version sudo dmidecode -s bios-release-date

Here is the result.

11/06/2012

The issue happened to me with this version of BIOS and it is latest for
now. Currently I don't use suspend for the reason of this issue. I'll try
to use it for a while and check if it's gone. Initially it was:
1) wi-fi turned on and connected to the net1
2) suspend
3) resume in palace where net1 is not available but available net2
4) the screen is black (backlight is totally turned off)

[Bug 1064236] Re: [SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS CO., LTD. 700Z3A/700Z4A/700Z5A/700Z5B] suspend/resume failure [non-free: wl]

2012-10-13 Thread Mikhail S. Pobolovets
At last I reproduced this bug. For me it looks like this: I'm trying to
wake up my notebook but screen never gets powered on, so I can't do
anything with computer, only press power button for 4 secs. I got this
bug previously on 12.04 too, but no appropriate reports where generated,
so I even didn't know who fails.

[Bug 750182] [NEW] Win + escape binding can be configured but doesn't work

2011-04-04 Thread Mikhail S. Pobolovets
Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: unity

I've tried to bind Win+Escape combination to close windows. I've tried
it through 'Keyboard shortcuts' and via CCSM but not any of is working
(the combination catching works well). I also tried Alt+Esc it also
doesn't work. It seems that the problem is covered with Esc key
processing.
