[Bug 1342981] Re: Korean layout for Ubuntu Touch
** Description changed: - Hi. I'm Korean translator for Ubuntu Touch. - While testing the translation, I've found out that Ubuntu Touch doesn't have Korean layout yet. - As we are working towards complete translation for Korean to ensure that more users are intrigued to the system when RTM is launched, having Korean layout is crucial. Judging from the fact that other languages from CJK system has layouts included, I feel that Korean deserves less importance in its including. - Thanks. + Ubuntu Touch currently lacks Korean keyboard layout. + As Korean translation for Ubuntu Touch is almost done, Korean keyboard layout is the only obstacle to mass deployment of Ubuntu Touch in Korea. + + It is assumed that Korean layout in 'Onboard' (in Ubuntu Desktop) may be + handy for devs to base off the new Korean mobile keyboard layout. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1342981 Title: Korean layout for Ubuntu Touch To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-keyboard/+bug/1342981/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 1254369] [NEW] Incorrect Icon on Input Language Change, on Korean (hangul) input method
Public bug reported: In new Ubuntu version (Saucy), the ibus has changed to integrate more to the Ubuntu itself. So, when you change the input method, you can see the input method changing by the icon of the methods. However, in Korean input (hangul), the icon at the indicator doesn't reflect the input method settings. Also, intermittenly, the icon, shown when pressing keyboard shortcut of changing input method, is reversed between korean and english, showing the korean traditional shape above 'English'. I presume this to happen as hangul is not on the menu list when you go to ubuntu settings (text entry settings), but rather is added automatically if you choose Korean locale. [Bug 1254369] Re: Incorrect Icon on Input Language Change, on Korean (hangul) input method
** Tags added: ibus -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1254369 Title: Incorrect Icon on Input Language Change, on Korean (hangul) input method To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ibus/+bug/1254369/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 990893] [NEW] All Button Size in Filter Menu
Public bug reported: The button for 'All' in Filtering Menu is too small to fit for non- European languages. For example, All is 3 bytes, and in Korean, this word is 모두, which is 4 bytes. This causes the button to only show '모' and this is really irritating. The button should be size-changable according to the translation, or changed to be bigger to support all languages. [Bug 879406] Re: desktop after alt-tab doesn't show dash
1. If you open an application, and use alt-tab and change the windows to 'minimize all windows and show desktop', the bar that shows all the applications (do you call that dockbar or something) vanishes, in spite that no applications are covering the portion of the dockbar. 2. The dockbar should show up when there is nothing covering that part 3. Other unity things and shell things are alright.
