Sorry, I gave up on Ubuntu a long time ago... a year of total frustration (with this and many other Ubuntu problems, mostly concerning Java) was quite enough. I eventually broke down and bought a Mac. Hopefully this bug is fixed, but alas I'm no longer in a position to test it. Good luck!
