Hasn't fixed the issue for me, Am able to boot up warm however cold boots seems to take about 10-15 attempts. I believe this bug is now fixed in the latest devlopment release, Lucid, kernel2.6.32 - where this certain driver was being forced to rescan causing the dissconnection.
