It seems to be when you select and drag text out of the window. For instance clicking, highlighting and then dragging some text out of the window causes pidgin to crash. For me this happened in the #ubuntu IRC room but not on the #ubuntu Chanserv. I can provide a video if that would make it easier -- pidgin crashes when message window is left clicked repeatedly https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/215068 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 144726] Re: weird display during gutsy installation just after xresprobe
I also have noticed this with some laptops I have installed on. However the image is more of a "ghostly" type image and the computer dosnt boot up properly. Usually the alternate cd is the best way to get around this bug. I have also found this bug with Debian, it seems to happen with only ati mobility cards (from my limited installs) -- weird display during gutsy installation just after xresprobe https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/144726 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
