[Bug 958046] Re: Installing ptree in Ubuntu fetches ~160MB of software

2015-04-27 Thread Nicolas Boulenguez
Hello.
A short search shows that you are confusing with an unrelated tool, and that
you should try "ps --forest -eaf" or "pstree -p" instead.
Both tools are packaged in Debian and derivatives. In case they are not
installed on your system, you may find the package providing them at
https://www.debian.org/distrib/packages.
I will try to close this (non-)bug.

[Bug 110838] Re: Oolite runs very slowly

2011-04-30 Thread Nicolas Boulenguez
Bug has been tracked to a SDL problem with a specific graphics chipset,
and closed upstream for oolite, as you can see in the berlios forum
mentioned by eddy. Any attempt to reproduce should use at least Debian
version 1.75.1-20110315-1 which has been heavily modified upstream.

[Bug 1348902] Re: gnatbind error on aws-net-std__gnat.adb when using the installed package

2017-07-31 Thread Nicolas Boulenguez
This error shows up now and then after an upgrade of a dependency without
change of the ALI version, as described in the Debian Policy for Ada.
In most cases, like this one, the origin is GCC, which does not bump its ALI
version to spare a passage through the NEW queue.
This specific bug has been fixed for years and can be closed.
