[Bug 179510] Re: Cannot play DVD through xine-backed players in Hardy
I can confirm this behaviour in Gutsy (upgraded from Feisty), using gxine. Changing device used for playback, as mentioned above doesn't change anything for me. Still getting No input plugin was found. Maybe the file does not exist or cannot be accessed, or there is an error in the URL., and then Read error from: /dev/scd0. The weird thing is that this seems to happen only for some DVDs. In particular, I'm seeing this for a custom made DVD, while a commercial one works with no problems. -- Cannot play DVD through xine-backed players in Hardy https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/179510 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 162704] Re: [Feisty] update of xmms-flac disables plugin
Reproduced in Ubuntu Feisty i686. I also downgraded and saw the plugin appear again and playback is restored. -- [Feisty] update of xmms-flac disables plugin https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/162704 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
