Looks like the long hint text for string #25 is increasing the width of the page. Here I get a vertical scrollbar and if I move that, the save and continue button appears in roughly the bottom-right corner as expected. Keyboard freeze driving me mad for months - tried all sorts of advice on Ubuntu Forums. Disabling irqbalance solved the problem.
