I suppose I found a super simple solution by chance. Just ran sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade -y
There were 3 repositories returning errors in my case. Such as, E: The repository 'cdrom://Ubuntu 20.04 LTS _Focal Fossa_ - Release amd64 (20200423) focal Release' does not have a Release file.
