Lots of comments i'll try for bevity! On Ubuntu 15.10, install of "Ubuntu Restricted Extras" i missed seeing the EULA agreement for TrueType fonts. (As comment above.) In Ubuntu Software Centre, more than 1 reviewer has said this: the EULA window is hidden behind the much bigger USC window. So i missed it. My error, but due to poor ergonomics. Can't the smaller window appear on top of the larger one? (Of course if someone had a maximized USC window, there's no chance of seeing the EULA as things stand.)
