Public bug reported: Steps to reproduce: 1. Open the Remote Desktop Client gui 2. Click on the 'Resources' tab 3. Select the first option in the 'Keyboard Type' list so it hightlights. 4. Using your arrow key, push the down arrow. Expected behavior = Highlighted line moves down to the bottom of the box, then the next language option appears as you click the down arrow (so you can always see the highlighted option) Actual behavior = The language list doesn't move and the highlighted option scrolls off down off the screen so you can't see it. [Bug 883254] Re: The Ubuntu software center has many odd problems.
Hi Zman, Thank you for your bug report. Unfortunately you have mention multiple problems in the one report. Each problem you mention needs to be written out as a separate bug report for the developers to pursue. Having said that, I suggest you first search through the bugs that have been listed against the software-center application (you can do that by going to the top of this page and clicking the 'bugs' link). For example, a similar bug #554180 is listed and the problem of software being listed twice has been reported previously. If you find the same bug already listed then click on the link 'This bug affects you and 1 other person', rather than filing a duplicate bug report. [Bug 862537] [NEW] Resolution incorrect on resize
Public bug reported: 1. Open the remote desktop viewer and connect to a remote system. 2. Make the window full-screen by clicking on the fullscreen mode button 3. Click the fullscreen button again to allow resizing of the window 4. Resize the remote desktop window to about 2/3 of the available screen space. 5. Click the size-to-fit button to make the remote desktop resize. 6. Then click on the full-screen button again Expected result = screen resizes and the screen resolution is correct and clear Actual result = the resolution seem to stay the same as when the window was smaller and just magnified, so the image is fuzzy. To remedy it I have to click the full-screen button back to the 2/3 size, then click on the 'fit to screen' button and then again click the full-screen button. [Bug 858350] Re: will not close properly
Eddie, How did you close the Tomboy? If you just close it by closing the window I believe it continues to run in the background (usually there is an icon in the toolbar up by the sound icon). If you click on that icon and select 'Quit' then it closes completely. Is this different to what you mean? If you use the quit does it still do the same? I cannot reproduce it if I use the quit.
