Public bug reported:
After leaving Ubuntu 17.10 on and running on my Asus laptop for over 24 hours I
found the whole system performing poorly.
The only applications I have left running are FireFox, Terminal, and Polari.
Skype might be running in the background.
The system is slow and delayed in it's response, the mouse stutters as
it moves across the desktop.
