I have since received kernel 5.4.0-52 but this still has the same issue (Keyboard AND Mouse not working). I received kernel 5.4.0-51 yesterday (2020.10.15) but it still hass the same issue. I have reverted to using 5.4.0-42 to get my Ubuntu 20.4 going. I can confirm that cat /sys/class/dmi/id/chassis_type returns 10 on Hewlett-Packard HP Pavilion 11 x360 PC. I had the same issue using Ubuntu 18.04 and got around it by using kernel 5.4.0-42.
