[Bug 724007] Re: FileNotFoundException when running FreeMind for the first time

2011-06-18 Thread Peter Rullmann
That freemind can't find the default properties is not the cause for it not to
start.
The java.awt.HeadlessException is what's wrong here. This is because
openjdk-6-jre-headless is used as the java alternative. I switched to sun-java6
and now freemind starts without problem.

[Bug 486375] Re: Unable to select text in Lyx when glipper is running

2010-02-12 Thread Peter Rullmann
I can confirm this bug.
If I have turned glipper on for the select clipboard and then try to mark
something in LyX, the selection goes away immediately. The selected text is
visible in the glipper menu though and I can paste it aswell.
So this is bearable if I select a word using double-click, but if I mark
something by dragging, then the glipper menu is filled with entries with just
one or two letters, because he constantly starts over again.
@Michael Nagel: The bugs you referenced have to do with binary or non-parsable
content, which seems not to be the case, because glipper shows the selected
text correctly in the menu.

[Bug 220700] Re: [Hardy] Encounter a problem loading SSHMenu

2009-08-16 Thread Peter Rullmann
This error occured to me today when I freshly installed karmic alpha-4,
but kept my home directory from jaunty.

If I run sshmenu or sshmenu-gnome, I get a small window with the
sshmenu-button, which works just fine.
After login or when I try to add sshmenu to my panel with the add-to-panel
window, I get the error.
