[Bug 890026] Re: Custom GNOME panel launcher icons lost upon upgrade to Oneiric
+1 I'm using gnome classic (no effects) under Oneric too, and I find managing application launchers in top panel very unfriendly. 1) There is no option to add a launcher icon using mouse-right, no one will guess that you have to create *.desktop file and drag it to the panel. 2) There is no option to remove such launcher from panel. [Bug 874888] [NEW] Impossible to use kadu - cannot trigger kadu window from notification area icon.
Public bug reported: When you close main kadu window it becomes hidden, but its icon remains in notification area (always worked that way). What is wrong is that there is no way to get kadu window back, because clicking on icon in notification are shows only options for changing activity status. This bug makes kadu completely unusable - you cannot get to application window in any way. P.S. Maybe it's because now unity doesn't make a difference if you click right or left mouse button on the icon in notification area. Clicking with left button used to be the way to get kadu window back. [Bug 874888] Re: Impossible to use kadu - cannot trigger kadu window from notification area icon.
Piotr, I'm not sure if it's left-right click problem. Skype works fine under Oneric - I can left-click on the notification-area icon to restore main window, or right-click to see some options. Who let package with such critical bug to Oneric? And btw, half year ago kadu, when Unity came into play, kadu was also unusable, because its icon wasn't allowed to show in notification area. [Bug 314710] Re: ca-certificates differ from those provided by root CA
Hello! Point is that some applications don't support non-RFC-compliant certificates. My first *guess* is default MySQL SSL implementation - yassl - which is compiled into MySQL binary provided by MySQL, and also debian-like operating systems. Help me to decide what to do further with this issue, I'm really not sure which door to knock at: - debian/ubuntu ca-certificates maintainers - yassl devs - mozilla devs Btw. What you mean by so obviously it's not RFC-compliant in there? Why certs come from Mozilla truststore are considered to be non-RFC-compilant? -- ca-certificates differ from those provided by root CA https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/314710 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
