[Bug 577117] [NEW] network icon display 'Networking disabled' wired and wireless both not working

I am using ubuntu for 2 months since then i am using wired and wireless
broadband connection a week back i upgraded my ubuntu to 10.4. it worked
well for 3 4 days. today morning when i started my computer the
connection is not working in top right side the network icon is disabled
and showing "Networking disabled"

when i see the network connection  wired connection is not having any
setting attached in wireless i do see old settting but both wired and
wired it not working.

when i execute following command

sudo dhclient eth0

i can browse but the icon still says "Networking disabled"

to run internet i need to give above command manually then only i can
browse. once i restarted the computer i again need to give command
manually to browse.
