Public bug reported: I use bacula since more than 5 years. I have a lot of experiences with it. After a complete new installation of my server with Ubuntu Server 16.04 I wasn't able to run Bacula. A test of the configuration scripts with
sudo bacula-dir -t -c /etc/bacula/bacula-dir.conf gave the result bacula-dir: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/bacula/libbaccats-7.0.5.so: undefined symbol: mysql_init Regards Ralph ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1581779 Title: Bacula doesn't work with Ubuntu server 16.04 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/1581779/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
