[Bug 428884] Re: gnome-screensaver-command --poke no longer inhibits screensaver
You could also just add the inhibitor applet to the gnome-panel.. -- gnome-screensaver-command --poke no longer inhibits screensaver https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/428884 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 430515] Re: Should do 'sudo alsa force-reload' after boot or reboot to make sound works
On my HP tablet with intel hda card, deactivating the smartlink driver and then reloading alsa solved sound issue. I installed karmic last week on it..worked fine for 2 days then no audio..i recomplied alsa drivers..worked for 2 days and again no sound). I have deactivated the driver. If it stops working again, will uninstall it. How do I use the modem btw..its a proprietary driver right..no o/s driver available.. -- Should do 'sudo alsa force-reload' after boot or reboot to make sound works https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/430515 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
