Just updated from 9.04 to 9.10 without problem then from 9.10 to 10.04 and had the same error. I tried this fix (update the etc fstab file from the livecd, on the mounted the disk) but it didnt work for me. I still get this error. Hello I'm not sure about this. I tried to install from this CD on Windows system installed already - it failed. When I formatted the whole drive, the installation went through.
