[Bug 761155] Re: [launcher] Workspace Switcher icon cannot be moved
Could this be implemented by extending the /desktop/unity- 2d/launcher/favorites gconf value so that it can contain places such as files.place or applications.place, and unity-2d-spread.service, in addition the .desktop file entries that it has now? If that list is used in other places, then extending it might have unforeseen side effects. Can there be more than one workspace (in the comments above 'Workspaces' is used in the plural. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/761155 Title: [launcher] Workspace Switcher icon cannot be moved -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 706340] Re: [launcher] buttons don’t respond to clicks in the left hand side of the screen
I had assumed this bug still existed and assigned it to myself. I thought it would need the patch for bug #Bug #743402 (Tooltip not showing up when hovering over the margins around a tile). It doesn't need the patch and already works fine. But I couldn't work out how to unassign myself. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/706340 Title: [launcher] buttons don’t respond to clicks in the left hand side of the screen -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 692444] Re: clicking trash multiple times opens multiple instances of it.
I've been looking into this, and at the moment the trash file manager is launched with a g_app_info_launch_default_for_uri(TRASH_URI, NULL, &error) call. I don't think it is possible to detect whether or not a handler for the 'trash://' uri has already been launched. So it just starts up a new nautilus window every time. A possible work round would be to simply have a desktop file called 'trash.desktop' with the trashcan icon, that had a line in it 'Exec: nautilus 'trash://'. That way the application would only be launched once as it would be just a normal app icon rather than something special cased. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/692444 Title: clicking trash multiple times opens multiple instances of it. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 754942] [NEW] The qmltooling/tcpserver plugin is missing
Public bug reported: In order to use the QML debugger with Qt Creator a plugin called 'qmltool/tcpserver' is needed. This is missing from the libqt4-dev package in Natty. I built the package from the Qt source for qt4-x1, installed the plugin and it worked fine. If you try to use Qt Creator QML debugging without the plugin you get a 'Remote debugger plugin has not been found' error. It took me some time to track down the cause of this. ** Affects: qt4-x11 (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: libqt-dev qt4-xll -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to qt4-x11 in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/754942 Title: The qmltooling/tcpserver plugin is missing -- kubuntu-bugs mailing list kubuntu-b...@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/kubuntu-bugs
