[Bug 1947697] Re: no longer works after upgrade to 21.10 (raspberry pi 4)
This also worked for me. I placed an automatic apt install as part of my github repository for the systemd-zram script for installation. It took me a long time to find this solution. I hope that any other repositories that install zram will take heed of this. I have found that this makes Ubuntu practical for running on a Raspberry Pi 4 with 8 GB or RAM. It prevents hanging when running a large number of processes or having many open tabs in a browser. I now have 2 of my 3 PI4s with 8GB running Ubuntu 21.10. For inexplicable reasons (firmware) the first PI 4 with 8GB will run Ubuntu 20.10, but will not successfully upgrade or boot after a fresh install of the 21.04 or 21.10 OS. Any suggestions welcome (Yes, I need to post this as a separate question). -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1947697 Title: no longer works after upgrade to 21.10 (raspberry pi 4) To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/zram-config/+bug/1947697/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

Re: [Bug 1949618] Re: system locks up when selection one of top 2 items in dash
Sorry I missed the name change. I was having trouble finding references that described the changes in names for screen elements. I am referring to the top icons in the left hand toolbar/launcher, not the top task bar. The attached picture should help. [Bug 1949618] [NEW] system locks up when selection one of top 2 items in dash
Public bug reported: This bug occurs when using the cursor to select one of the top two icons on the DASH area of the Ubuntu desktop. When the system is under load and I click the cursor on one of the two icons, the cursor freezes and the system is unresponsive, requiring a power down reboot to recover. [Bug 1572304] [NEW] Modified column in File Manager (Files) does not display time
Public bug reported: The Modified column does not provide the time of the file, only the date. I have not yet confirmed for 16.04, but the bug persists in 15.10: Files - version 3.14.2 Description:Ubuntu 15.10 Release:15.10 As documented: https://help.ubuntu.com/15.10/ubuntu-help/nautilus-list.html Modified Gives the date and time of the last time the file was modified. In fact it only shows the date. Suggested fix from 2012 was to modify the source code and there are notes about how this cropped up in the first place. http://askubuntu.com/questions/285493/how-to-show-full-date-and-time-in- nautilus-files-3-6-list-view ** Affects: ubuntu-docs (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: files modified -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1572304 Title: Modified column in File Manager (Files) does not display time To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-docs/+bug/1572304/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
