[Bug 1910849] [NEW] Chromium Plugin does not work at all
Public bug reported: Hi, I can search bookmarks into Chromium (entering a string into the bar). If I use the same search string into Synapse, nothing is displayed. I have checked that the plugin is enabled. Since I downgraded to 5.3.0-45-generic, the hangings disappeared. On a 16.04 LTS I managed to render Synology videos on the Google Chromecast. You must use a VLC 3 to render the videos to Chromecast but unfortunately you cannot browse the network (upnp). sudo dpkg -i libupnp6_1.6.19+git20160116-1_amd64.deb This will enable VLC 2 to browse the network. As soon as you located the video you want to play then RC the video and a click on 'information' and a popup is displayed. Then below the URL of the video is displayed like http://192.168.0.25:50002/v/NDLNA/1.avi. I have exactly the same problem : 4) What happened instead: the Windows 7 desktop jumps to another workspace at random and the Super / Windows key is stuck in the on position. THAT PREVENTS ME TO USE REMMINA. I can understand that you don't have the time to correct all the problems but would you be kind at least to give us a workaround ?
