Merely killing all the soffice problems isn't enough. The docvert
service will keep respawning soffice processes as long as it's running.
I managed to cram through the upgrade by killing them as they respawned,
but some form of auto-shutdown of docvert during OOo updates, as in #8,
would be preferable
