Public bug reported:

i was installing ubuntu using a bootable USB. I already had "windows"
operating system. I selected a disk drive for ubuntu (other than
containing Windows setup), and Ubuntu started installing but something
happened in the mid way...it said that Ubuntu set up is interrupted and
it took me here.
