[Bug 1310583] Re: System monitor not showing network traffic
I also just noticed that ifconfig also shows zero RX or TX packets on eth0 which is the only network interface. Could this be a NIC driver issue? The machine is running fine otherwise. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1310583 Title: System monitor not showing network traffic To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-system-monitor/+bug/1310583/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 1310583] Re: System monitor not showing network traffic
Same here, running Ubuntu 14.04 64bit edition and System Monitor Network History is always zero even if large amounts of network traffic are flowing. This is a fresh upgrade from 12.04. It was broken in 12.04 as well and I had hoped that upgrading would fix the issue. It did not!
[Bug 756614] Re: Cannot create desktop shortcuts via applications applet
Same problem here as well. Get a 'There was an error getting information about "/".' message when I try to drag and drop an Icon from the launcher to the desktop. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/756614 Title: Cannot create desktop shortcuts via applications applet -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 138343] Re: evince consumes a lot of memory (1.5 GB VM)
I have this same issue on P4 1.4GHz machine with 256Mb of RAM. It slows my cursor to a crawl as it quickly uses all of the remaining free RAM, and finally crashes. I can see in /var/logs/messages where the system is trying very hard to recover the "lost" memory after the program closes. The system returns to normal after a short period of drive activity. -- evince consumes a lot of memory (1.5 GB VM) https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/138343 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
