sudo apt -y purge mysql* && sudo apt -y autoremove && sudo rm -rf
/etc/mysql && sudo rm -rf /var/lib/mysql* && sudo shutdown -r now

after this i ran

sudo apt install mysql-server

which asked me password for root user to set

than SAYONARA
