[Bug 748850] Re: Can't middle or right click on bookmarks to open in new tab

2013-01-31 Thread Sel Goona
Disable/Remove firefox-globalmenu seems to be the best solution for me.
It solves not only the middle-click-problem for me. Once the firefox-
menubar is not outsourced to the top unity-bar anymore, the firefox
menubar reacts sooo much faster.

[Bug 551290] Re: plymouth theme ugly on binary nvidia driver

2010-04-30 Thread Sel Goona
The new changed theme in proposed is working and better, but because of
the low resolution it still looks very unprofessional. I would prefer to
use the text-theme in Kubuntu, but unfortunately there is no plymouth-
theme-kubuntu-text, only a ubuntu-text theme.

Can we expect that a kubuntu-text-theme appears sometimes?

[Bug 551013] Re: ubuntu-logo on VGA fb (as with nvidia or fglrx binary drivers) does not display crisply

2010-04-10 Thread Sel Goona
The ugliness has only just begun, as we have started to change the
packages. Normally, plymouth falls back to a text-mode when a
proprietary driver is installed, and this is much better than, if all
users get a lower nice bootscreen.

PLEASE SIMLPY GET BACK TO THIS PREVIOUS BEHAVIOUR AND ALL ARE HAPPY. You
have tried it and now everybody could see that it dont work acceptable.

[Bug 501715] Re: ureadahead doesn't reduce tracing buffer after profile

2010-03-23 Thread Sel Goona
I have the same problem with kubuntu lucid beta1.

The only measure for me to reduce this high memory usage, is always
starting with an empty session and remove ureadahead.

Normally I like intelligent memory usage, but it´s not funny when my
system will be slower and slower when it begins to swaping.
