[Bug 220014] Re: wrong mail displayed
My solution (see above) does at least work for 2 days (for me). The problem has occurred again after 2 days, but I could repair the list again, by deleting all the .ev-summary and .ev-summary-meta files. This is really annoying. -- wrong mail displayed https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/220014 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 220014] Re: wrong mail displayed
I'm suffering from this bug and I'm also using some filters, but not the stop processing rule. By the way, I can't help but wondering why this bug, which is really critical for a lot of people, has got so little attention. At the moment, I have to search through hundreds of spam mails, just to find the content of a single important mail. This is consuming way to much time. -- wrong mail displayed https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/220014 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 234523] [NEW] corrupt index
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: evolution Since Ubuntu 8.04 evolution corrupts the index (list of mail subjects) and shows the wrong mail content, when clicking on a subject in the list. This is very critical, because I cannot find the content of new mail, without clicking through all the mails, even those in the junk box. When I delete some junk mails, without reading everyone of them, it might even be, that I just have deleted the content of some important mails. The subjects of these important emails are still there, but the content behind the subjects may be those of the junk mails. This happens since the update on evolution 2.22.1-0ubuntu3.1. I've found some posts in an Ubuntu forum, where other users are describing the same problem since this update. I've also experienced the error message Detected a corrupt mbox file or an invalid 'From' header. since then. ** Affects: evolution (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- corrupt index https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/234523 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
