[Bug 1264769] [NEW] User unable to purge gnunet-server
Public bug reported: A user in #ubuntu was recieved the error: http://pastebin.com/Zp2w87Pz when attempting to purge gnunet-server when asking the user for the output of the following: cat /etc/passwd | grep gnunet && cat /etc/group | grep gnunet && cat /etc/group | grep gnunetdns the user replied with: http://pastebin.com/pbY5Rmua which showed evidence of 2 different user accounts with username gnunet being created. I had the user manually run: sudo deluser pavel gnunet The error still occurred upon attempting to purge the package. The user then manually ran: sudo deluser gnunet and was then able to purge the package. ```keepass2 --debug-throwexcp``` lead to the same exception. The main thing I had installed that was different from the default Ubuntu install was unity-system-compositor. [Bug 1247933] [NEW] unable to persist bootloader id
Public bug reported: I have more than one install of Ubuntu on my system and in order to distinguish them in the in the efi boot manager I install them with: grub-install --bootloader-id="Ubuntu 13.10 - DEV" replacing the bootloader id with a significant name for that install. I had initially tried changing the value of GRUB_DISTRIBUTOR, however grub-update does not take this value as the bootloader id. [Bug 1483751] [NEW] Issues traversing a sftp server when files or folders contain the character "]"
Public bug reported: I am unsure if the bug is with openssh sftp client or within openssh- sftp-server When traversing an sftp server, I encounter issues for files and, in particular, directories containing the character "]". Tab completion does not escape the character in sftp shell, however, in bash it will escape the character for tab completion. If I "cd" into a directory that contains the character I cannot get any files with in that directory and I have to rename the directory outside of the sftp shell to remove the character in order to be able to correctly get files.
