[Bug 1068276] Re: does not respect Emacs-style gtk-key-theme
It seems (looking at Bug #812595) that the way now is to use gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface gtk-key-theme "Emacs" (which works for me). -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1068276 Title: does not respect Emacs-style gtk-key-theme To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nautilus/+bug/1068276/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 157414] Re: Website: punctuation errors
No it was not. This bug was about two specific punctuation errors (three, if you include the non-capitalization of Linux), it has nothing to do with bug 157544 at all except that someone commented about that other issue here. It's been nearly a year, and the errors still remain :P Please fix. -- Website: punctuation errors https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/157414 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 157414] Website: punctuation errors
Public bug reported: The website main page ( http://www.ubuntu.com) says: "About Ubuntu Ubuntu is a community developed, linux-based operating system that is perfect for laptops, desktops and servers. It contains all the applications you need - a web browser, presentation, document and spreadsheet software, instant messaging and much more." "Community developed" should be "community-developed", like "Linux-based" "you need - a web browser" should be "you need — a web browser" ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Website: punctuation errors https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/157414 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 83730] the keys 1-9 should work
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: rexima Feature request: Other commandline/ncurses mixers like aumix and alsamixer, in their interactive mode, use the number keys 1..9 as shortcuts to set the volume of that particular device to 10%..90% respectively. (aumix uses 0 as 100% and alsamixer as 0%.) Could a similar feature be added to rexima as well? ** Affects: rexima (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: Unconfirmed -- the keys 1-9 should work https://launchpad.net/bugs/83730 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 59089] Re: (Edgy) DVD Burn Verify Can't Find Files
Found the upstream bug: http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=119544 I can confirm I still have exactly this same bug on Ubuntu 6.10 (Edgy) (K3b: 0.12.17 , KDE: 3.5.5) The "Allow lowercase characters in ISO9660 file names" option is what matters. I checked that a CD with * hello.txt with the option off fails verification. * hello.txt with the option on succeeds. * HELLO.TXT with the option on or off succeeds. The bug is in not having that option on by default and in depending on that option to work (or, having that as an "option" at all, if it is a necessary one). -- (Edgy) DVD Burn Verify Can't Find Files https://launchpad.net/bugs/59089 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 59089] Re: (Edgy) DVD Burn Verify Can't Find Files
The CD burn verify also has a variant of this problem -- it starts verifying, and after verification is 49% done, it suddenly says "Could not find file ..." (which it presumably *was* verifying all along). -- (Edgy) DVD Burn Verify Can't Find Files https://launchpad.net/bugs/59089 -- kubuntu-bugs mailing list kubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/kubuntu-bugs
