[Bug 385076] Re: [9.10 regression] HDA NVIDIA HDMI no sound after alsa 1.0.20 update
wild_oscar you saved my life (exactly you saved my available sleep time :-)). Your solution works for me also. I have searched for this solution for more than a month without success. I have different hardware as you do (see below) but solution is same for me too. - cut this --- si...@mmedia02:~$ aplay -l List of PLAYBACK Hardware Devices card 0: NVidia [HDA NVidia], device 0: ALC1200 Analog [ALC1200 Analog] Subdevices: 1/1 Subdevice #0: subdevice #0 card 0: NVidia [HDA NVidia], device 1: ALC1200 Digital [ALC1200 Digital] Subdevices: 1/1 Subdevice #0: subdevice #0 card 0: NVidia [HDA NVidia], device 3: NVIDIA HDMI [NVIDIA HDMI] Subdevices: 1/1 Subdevice #0: subdevice #0 -- [9.10 regression] HDA NVIDIA HDMI no sound after alsa 1.0.20 update https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/385076 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 316670] Re: Raid10 array not assembled at boot, all disks are marked as spare
In my previous post I forgot to write that previous procedure brought array back, but only until next reboot. To fix this I did the following: $ sudo mdadm --detail /dev/md2 to display array characteristics with that information I have updated /etc/mdadm/mdadm.conf because md2 ARRAY was deleted from there. -- Raid10 array not assembled at boot, all disks are marked as spare https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/316670 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 316670] Re: Raid10 array not assembled at boot, all disks are marked as spare
I had this issue on a RAID 10 with f2 layout with 3 disks. After upgrade from intrepid to jaunty (production) RAID(s) 1 were fine, but RAID 10 was inactive with only sdc(4) showing. Fix was rather simple, only: $ sudo mdadm --stop /dev/md_d2 $ sudo mdadm --assemble --scan Result: /dev/md2: File exists mdadm: /dev/md/2 has been started with 3 drives. and then: $ sudo mount -a and array was back... -- Raid10 array not assembled at boot, all disks are marked as spare https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/316670 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
