[Bug 694267] [NEW] Unity Panel is not maintaining Single instance
Public bug reported: I have added Skype and xChat icons to Unity Panel using Keep in Launcher option. When i close the Skype/xChat window and Open again, its not openign the existing instance rather opening New instance. Empathy is working fine for the same scenario. So I would guess Skype xChat should also work in the same way. Could not find any help in mentioned places, hence logging this as Bug. [Bug 332355] Re: Empathy doesn't alert to new email messages
Empathy is the default IM comes with 9.10. Its a basic functionality to notify the users if they login to IM. Is there any chance that this bug will be reconsidered and provide the solution. I would at least expect the workaround for this small requirement. -- Empathy doesn't alert to new email messages https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/332355 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
