Upgraded to 10.10 beta, Kubuntu. - Ubuntu is running in low graphic mode. Your screen, graphic card, and input device settings could not be detected correctly. You will need to configure these yourself. - I am not sure if it's same problem, but it looks like it is. It offers options after this message. --- I have removed Nvidia drivers, and now I am working without them (maybe NV is in use, I don't know). But I can't expect sound in Flash as long as I can't get sound in VLC! Strange thing, KDE4 and LDE4-apps (Kaffeine) do have sound, with or without PulseAudio installed. I had this problem too, after clean install of K.K.K. Solution: Use Synaptic and install other pulseaudio packages. I have more problems (read applications are crashing) with 9.04 beta/rc than with kubntu-experimental (yes, some apps were crashing, but now it happens more). I am not sure, should I report all or wait? I get lots of files d. click 'plus icon' - to add new criterion (Add a new criterion to this search) e. File Type - I choose 'Picture' (or Music, or Text File, etc.) f. Click Reload I expected to get only pictures as result of search. 4. I got all file types: pictures, text files, music, pdf, etc... everything that matches 'gf'. I should get only pictures. P.s.
