My suggestion is if you urgently need to use supervisor or another package dependent on meld3 to install from source. Download the latest source code for meld3 and run python setup.py install. A similar problem was fixed for Fedora 14 (see https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=652890). Updating the package to version 0.6.7 resolves this issue.
