Upgraded to 11.10 (from 10.04 via 10.10, 11.04). On system startup I get
a dialogue saying:

"There was an error while trying to connect to the Telepathy Account
Manager. The error was:

Did not receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote application
did not send a reply, the message bus security policy blocked the reply,
the reply timeout expired, or the network connection was broken."

And I am unable to change my status to 'online'

Trying to open pidgin, and it is segfaulting.

When running from a terminal:

sheepeating...@mercury:~$ pidgin

Segmentation fault


The window does open, and connects to accounts, then closes.
