[Bug 294730] Re: Screensaver hangs after Intrepid update
I still have this problem on jaunty I'm using gnome-screensaver and the issue occurs with the solarwinds screensaver (that's not to say it doesn't occur with other specific screensavers). The screensaver freezes and prevents any interaction - so it's impossible to login. Logging in via ssh and running kill -9 solarwinds causes the login prompt to appear. I'm running a thinkpad R61 with i965 gfx $ uname -a Linux ganesha 2.6.28-13-generic #45-Ubuntu SMP Tue Jun 30 19:49:51 UTC 2009 i686 GNU/Linux $ lsb_release -a No LSB modules are available. Distributor ID: Ubuntu Description:Ubuntu 9.04 Release:9.04 Codename: jaunty If any further info's required or if I should file a separate bug let me know. -- Screensaver hangs after Intrepid update https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/294730 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 121146] Re: Feature Request: Allow more than one attempt to enter SMTP password
** Description changed: You only get one chance to enter your password for the SMTP server. If the password is incorrect (using the branch from bug #120537 which fixes the missing errors import) the email sending aborts with an error message. It would be great if this behaviour could be changed so you get at least 3 shots at entering the password before the email message is aborted. + + Note: This depends on https://code.launchpad.net/~jelmer/bzr- + email/120537 -- Feature Request: Allow more than one attempt to enter SMTP password https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/121146 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 121146] Re: Feature Request: Allow more than one attempt to enter SMTP password
Add comment. I've fixed this I just need to register the branch with the fix. Should have a chance to do this in the next few days. -- Feature Request: Allow more than one attempt to enter SMTP password https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/121146 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
