[Bug 448068] [NEW] Duplicated translation strings
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: kde-l10n-fr With Ubuntu 9.04 When configuring the global keyboard shortcuts for KWin there are duplicated French strings for different features, leading to a confusion when configuring. Example: Aller au bureau 1 appears 2 times. It was fixed in KDE on May 1st, 2009: http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/l10n- kde4/fr/messages/kdebase/kwin.po?revision=962239view=markup See the diff here: http://websvn.kde.org/branches/stable/l10n- kde4/fr/messages/kdebase/kwin.po?r1=962057r2=962239 It is really misleading for French people , please fix it :) Regards ** Affects: kde-l10n-fr (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Duplicated translation strings https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/448068 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 280272] Re: When I launch GIMP to another desktop, it starts loading only when going on this desktop
Hi! Sorry I probably missed the previous notification :) I still see the same behavior in Kubuntu 9.04. Gimp is only loading when I am checking the desktop where it is launched. It's not loaded as a background process when I am on another desktop. It's not critical , but it is counter-efficient when you're working. ** Changed in: gimp (Ubuntu) Status: Invalid = New -- When I launch GIMP to another desktop, it starts loading only when going on this desktop https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/280272 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 339313] Re: Kubuntu Jaunty: Cannot Connect To Wireless Network with WEP shared key
Same problem here with my ascii key on a fresh Kubuntu 9.04 upgrade. I fixed it with Aurelien's trick (see comment #9), by converting my ascii key in hexadecimal and entering it this way. -- Kubuntu Jaunty: Cannot Connect To Wireless Network with WEP shared key https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/339313 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 280272] [NEW] When I launch GIMP to another desktop, it starts loading only when going on this desktop
Public bug reported: I'm using a multi-desktop with 4 desktops. Gimp is supposed to open in the desktop 3. If I am on Desktop 1 and launch GIMP, I can see in the minibar the window of Gimp appearing, but when going on the appropriate desktop (3) I notice that Gimp have not started yet to load. It starts only to load the plugins (all the stuff Gimp needs to load) when I check the desktop 3. That is, if I open a picture with GIMP from desktop 1 and wait 15 minutes, the picture won't be opened, until I go on desktop 3. Not that easy to explain :/ hope someone will understand. I guess the appropriate behavior would be to have Gimp to load completely even if i'm on another desktop. I'm under KUbuntu 8.04.1 Regards, Thelwyn ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- When I launch GIMP to another desktop, it starts loading only when going on this desktop https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/280272 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
