[Bug 1005945] [NEW] Login loop after upgrade
Public bug reported: After my last "aptitude full-upgrade" I got a broken compiz, where the application switcher looked like the old version (with gray background and really small icons). I reinstalled the compiz, unity, ubuntu-desktop, fglrx packages and the problem wasn't solved. After a few reboots I wasn't able to login using LightDM, I had to dpkg- reconfigure and change it to GDM to be able to log into the graphic enviroment. When using LightDM i was able to login as Guest, but couldn't login with my user on Unity, Unity 2D, Gnome and any other option. Fell free to ask more information about this problem and what logs should I provide.
