[Bug 785101] Re: Unity: unable to remove the "Apps Available for Download" section
Sorry no, because Ubuntu wont let me make a screenshot while in the global menu. :P But press the magnifying glass with a + sign in the standard Unity menu that says "Programs" (at least in my Norwergian version). -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/785101 Title: Unity: unable to remove the "Apps Available for Download" section To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/unity/+bug/785101/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 785101] [NEW] Unity: unable to remove the "Apps Available for Download" section
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: unity I am unable to remove the "Apps Available for Download" section. The section is really annoying for normal use. We don't have to know why we can download some random games every time we want to start an application. Also, it makes my netbook PC much slower than with Lucid Lynx. [Bug 522538] Re: gwibber-service crashed with error in connect()
My problem turned out to bee easy to fix. Gwibber crashed upon startup, no service to stop. I had disabled password at login to Ubuntu. Once I enabled it, Gwibber was working totally fine. -- gwibber-service crashed with error in connect() https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/522538 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
