[Bug 419877] [NEW] package libmpd0 0.17.0-1 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess post-removal script returned error exit status 2
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: libmpd i reported the 'same' bug involved another package: libxfcegui4: Im using Jaunty. During the install of some new programs (music players: bluemind, potamus, quark, xfpc and gmusicpalyer) with the add/remove applications the system freezes completely (no error message, just reset hepled). After restart i ran add/remove programs and it worked, till i wanted to uninstall these appications because they did not appeared in my applications menu. The removal of these programs causes an error messages about broken packages and dependencies. Add/remove programs is not working anymore (error about the dependencies), synapctic is still runng in the backround, but it makes the same error message. sudo apt-get install -f did not helped and i got this messsage: Reading package lists... [Bug 262146] [NEW] update-manager freezes when disk is full
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: update-manager Greetings! I was downloading (transmission) when my disk becomes full. Meanwhile i started an update, and the update manager freezes. And none of my programs (which used the disk) reported the disk-full. Uduntu 8.04. I'm using swap partition. Ok, I know the solution: make space. :) I did it and everithing turns back to normal (after killing the update-manager). Thanks!
