[Bug 1915910] [NEW] evince does not print

2021-02-17 Thread Togo28
Public bug reported:

audit: type=1400 audit(1613557537.646:81): apparmor="DENIED"
operation="exec" profile="/usr/bin/evince" name="/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-
gnu/libproxy/0.4.17/pxgsettings" pid=3500 comm="sh" requested_mask="x"
denied_mask="x" fsuid=1000 ouid=0

It seems that evince has no rights to print if I understand this
correctly

Printing the same pdf-file from the same origin/folder works with OCULAR

The error is reproduceable

Re: [Bug 1532414] Re: Crash while installing

2016-01-16 Thread Togo28
Thanks for the information - but now the system is running perfectly,
but I had to install it from a CD and not from a DVD. The same thing
happened to a friend of mine too. Just to let you know.

It seems to be not a problem of the hardware, because on the same
machine is also running a Windows 10 as dual boot and it works fine.

I had to use the Ubuntu boot repair CD to get the engine running again.

I guess it has to do with the finalisation of the installation sequence.

Dear Fabio,
it happened twice to me. Since I was bussinesswise in Asia and could not
test annymore, I installed all the updates today of the last three
weeks, everything seems to work allright.

[Bug 1135934] Re: cannot start systemupdate

2013-02-28 Thread Togo28
I was ask to run:
ubuntu-bug ubuntu-release-upgrader-core

Notice from the system:

An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade:
The package 'lubuntu-desktop' is marked for removal but it is in the removal
blacklist.

 This can be caused by:
 * Upgrading to a pre-release version of Ubuntu
 * Running the current pre-release version of Ubuntu
 * Unofficial software packages not provided by Ubuntu

This is most likely a transient problem, please try again later.
