[Bug 649809] Re: the session settings manager can try starting before the login screen one exits

2011-05-03 Thread Tom van der Heijden
For me the problem also occurred in VirtualBox. On a real PC everything
looks fine.

Re: [Bug 728803] Re: Ubuntu theme switches from partially broken to gnome default on VirtualBox guest

2011-05-01 Thread Tom van der Heijden
I'm also effected by this bug. Running a fresh and fully updated install
of Natty in VirtualBox.
However, the workaround as described by Zuzkins does not work for me.
Still get the broken theme after a few seconds. I also tried to increase
to sleep 5, but without effect.

Will try to do a fresh install on native hardware on short-term to see
if I get the same result.

Re: [Bug 466534] Re: grisbi crashes when creating a new account

2009-11-11 Thread Tom van der Heijden
I can also confirm this bug with the same, and other coniditons.
I get a segfault when I create a new account, but it also occurs when
validating/checking transactions.

Have a look at the official Grisbi website (http://www.grisbi.org/),
there is a bug with Grisbi and GTK 2.18. It seems to be a bug which has
always been there, but only raises it's head after upgrading to GTK 2.18.
This bug will probably not be fixed any more, as the Grisbi team is
focussing on the next release of Grisbi (0.6.0).

In bug #395927
(https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/grisbi/+bug/395927) there's
is a link to a Debian-package for Grisbi 0.6.0 beta 1. I tried it
yesterday and I don't get any segfault with this version, but as this
one is still an early beta, some functions aren't working properly yet.

On the Grisbi website 0.6.0 beta 3 is announced for release this week,
maybe I'll try to make a .deb of it during the weekend and see if it
does the trick for me.

Re: [Bug 336209] Re: FIrefox crashes with Rabobank Internetbankieren

2009-06-03 Thread Tom van der Heijden
After upgrading to Ubuntu 9.04 and trying for a couple of weeks, this
bug doesn't appear anymore.

As far as I'm concerned this one can be closed.

Ok, thank you very very much for the information and the feedback! I'll
mark this one as confirmed as there are enough details for a developer
to start debugging. Additionally, I'm on i386 and not on amd64.

Re: [Bug 336209] Re: FIrefox crashes with Rabobank Internetbankieren

2009-03-02 Thread Tom van der Heijden
First of all, the backtrace was done but unfortunately the debugging
symbols for the installed version of Firefox (3.0.6) and Xulrunner
(1.9.06) weren't available. The results can be found in the attached
file gdb-firefox.txt.

The bug is reproducable, however it occurs in a secured area of the
website of a bank (Rabobank). So to reproduce it, one should have an
account for 'Internetbankieren' at the Rabobank.

It can be reproduced by entering this secured area and creating one or
more payment orders. If these are completed they have to be sent to the
bank using the website which can bee seen in the attached screenshot
(screenshot.png). In this page some codes have to be entered and finally
the payment orders are sent to the bank by clicking the
'Verzenden'-button. After doing this, the Firefox window closes.
In the attached file 'qslo.htm' you will find the HTML-code for this page.

If Firefox is restarted and you choose to restore the previous session,
you can log onto the secured area of the website again. The payment
orders are processed correctly by the bank.
