When entring suspend mode the kernel prints a warning in dmesg and after resume 
the fan goes at maximum speed and never slows down. If the system is suspended 
a second time the fan goes at minimum speed and doesn't speed up at all.
This behaviour repeats always and rhe only way to get things right is to reboot 
the machine.

Moreover, if the system is suspended a second time, the fan stops at all
and doesn't restart again, forcing to reboot the machine.

Steps to reproduce: 1) select supend from the gnome shutdonw menu
2) reactivate the machine by pressing the power button

(do it twice for the second problem to show)
