I also installed the nvidia driver (331.20). No crash anymore since then (Friday / Monday on both laptops). Same here. I have recently installed 13.10 on two laptops (both different types). It was a fresh installation, no upgrade. I have this issue on both laptops. I cannot really say when it happens. It just happens randomly. Sometimes it just freezes, but I still can move the mouse. Sometimes it starts with graphic errors (not showing parts of a program properly). But I never can interact anymore.
