Christopher M. Penalver, sorry, but problem still is`nt resolved. There is auto-loading atl1c driver by default, which hangs up entire system. Many people tried Ubuntu on his netbooks (Acer AO522, 722 and some others) and had this problem. And many people will have. So please dont close really unresolved bugs only for statistics. Alex Thanks, but installation of proprietary driver and selecting Network as first boot device is just a dirty workaround. I tried last RC (3.2RC1) kernel. WLAN card dont work in it at all.
