[Bug 25830]
Even if Firefox was improved to support unknown text/* types (viewed as text/plain), this would be a great improvement. Almost all files that I can't view directly in Firefox due to this bug have a text/* type. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to the bug report. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/25830 Title: Option to display file in browser, treat as text/plain To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/firefox/+bug/25830/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 481541]
Bug 775400 should be resolved as a dup of this bug. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/481541 Title: Firefox steals the focus from other apps when clicking on a link To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/firefox/+bug/481541/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 481541]
Just a note to say that the problem mentioned in Comment #29 no longer occurs.
[Bug 350407]
Until this bug is fixed, couldn't Firefox display a warning saying that some CSS files are missing when doing the "Save Page As" / "Web Page, complete"? (I don't know the Firefox internals, but since the page is already displayed, I suppose that Firefox could have this information quite easily.) This would avoid to make the user wonder why a saved page looks wrong when opened, because Firefox doesn't display any error when a CSS file is not found. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/350407 Title: Locally saved webpages not displaying correctly To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/firefox/+bug/350407/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 23383]
(In reply to comment #42) > You need to use trunk builds (e.g. Firefox 3) instead of branch builds > (Firefox > 2) to be able to test this. Now that the trunk is Firefox 4, this comment is no longer valid: while there were no problems with Firefox 3, text is again not selectable in Firefox 4. I've reported a new bug about this: bug 622416. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is a direct subscriber. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/23383 Title: firefox error dialogs are non-higgy (text not selectable) -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
