I have exatly the same problem as cariboo907 wrote. Deluge starts but the window isn't repainting itself so only gray rectangles are visible. There is no visible cpu and hdd usage. Via live-cd: tune2fs -O extents,uninit_bg,dir_index /dev/sda1 fsck -pf /dev/sda1 mount -t ext4 /dev/sda1 /disk vi etc/fstab (ext3 -> ext4) vi boot/grub/menu.lst (add rootfstype=ext4) 4. Reboot 5. I looked around other applications - this isn't nautilus specific issue. Same behaviour exists in all treeview widgets (for example all trees in Eclipse IDE). Maybe this is theme engine related issue.
